Linkword Languages Android Application Terms

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to the Linkword Languages Android app provided by Linkword Language Limited, company 16722719, registered office 92 Westport Avenue, Mayals, Swansea, Wales, SA3 5EF.

Your account and learning access

Use your existing authorised Linkword account. The courses available depend on that account's access. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe someone is using your account without permission. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms and be responsible for your use.

An internet connection is needed to sign in and load course content. Saved progress is linked to your Linkword account. Notification permission is optional for learning. These app terms do not change the learning content or sequence or the access arrangements already attached to your account.

Permitted use

Your authorised access allows personal learning; it does not transfer ownership of the course content or software. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract courses in bulk, or redistribute material except where permitted by law or the relevant rights holder. Use the app's provided sharing function only for the selected memory-picture content; it is not permission to copy or publish entire courses.

Ownership

Linkword course content © Dr Michael M. Gruneberg. Published under licence by Linkword Language Limited.

The Cerys-Angharad Platform © Leadgeneration247.online Limited. The platform was created by Leon Gruneberg. Course content and platform rights remain with their respective owners.

Support and privacy

Use Contact support in the app or email contact@linkwordlanguages.com. Do not send passwords. The Android Privacy Policy describes information handling and how to request deletion.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. The law of England and Wales applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not prevent you using a court that applicable consumer law allows.
